Joyce is a delightful person who has years of experience in real estate. She is easy to deal with and very direct, which we liked. She listens to your questions and concerns, gives her honest opinion and tries to accommodate your desires, even when she may not agree. Joyce is a great networker. She never meets a stranger and provided us with invaluable resources that helped our sale and move go smoothly. Joyce provided excellent advice when we received offers on our property. She is a fun person to know and we are grateful now that our house is sold, to continue our relationship as friends!

Joyce gave us good advice for listing our property which meant the home sold quickly. She was very helpful is getting the property ready for sale - pulling from her list of trusted craftsmen to make needed repairs and upgrades. She was easy to get reach and responded quickly when we left messages. I highly recommend Joyce.

Joyce helped us find our home when we relocated to Harrisburg. We wanted to give her the opportunity to help us sell it when it came time to relocate again. Joyce did a great job of explaining everything that needed to be done to prepare the home for the market and determine a fair list price for the home. We were not first-time buyers or sellers so it was nice to have her looking for the details that would get us the best deal. There were some things that we weren't sure needed to be done to prepare the house for the market but we completed them and were thrilled that the house had two offers on the first day it was listed. She helped us get through the entire process and has even checked in after the sale was complete to see how things were going in our new house.

Joyce is a great person as well as a great real estate agent. We consider her to be a friend not just our agent. She is always upbeat and doesn’t pull any punches as far as what we needed to do to get our homes ready for sale. Joyce took the lead in getting the septic tank pumped and certified. She also had the radon and mold remediation taken care of with local contractors at reasonable prices. Her CMA was right on. The house had 5 showings with 3 full price offers in one and one-half days and settled in 5 weeks. She was very professional and communicated with us on an almost daily basis. These items are especially helpful to out-of-town sellers like us.
